Flooding in Saskatchewan July 2010

CPR line flooded near Mill Creek, Saskatchewan.

Farm along Hwy 41, under water.

Just the top of the lamp post visible, giving a good indication of the severity of the flood.

Hwy 1 near Mill Creek, Saskatchewan.

The west bound lane of Hwy 1 is a sink hole.  East bound lane flooded.

My cousin Tracey in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Plywood floating down the street of Yorkton, SK.

  1. The flooding is so bad, in fact, there is concern that transport by rail of wheat and grains will be affected!
